  • The payment, net of commission, will be settled with the Consignor within one week of the sale’s completion.

3. Consignor’s Rights and Obligations

  • Ownership & Legitimacy: The Consignor warrants that all goods consigned are legally owned and acquired. In cases where the goods were not directly purchased by the Consignor, the source of the goods must be disclosed to the Consignee.
  • Responsibility for Disputes: The Consignor shall resolve any legal or financial disputes related to the goods and indemnify the Consignee for any resulting losses.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: The Consignor guarantees the goods are not counterfeit or stolen. If proven otherwise, the Consignor will bear full legal and financial liability, including compensation for any damages incurred by the Consignee.
