Why Sell To Us

RESELL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Sales Method

  • Sellers (Party A) agree to sell their goods, which must be lawfully owned, to Reborn and Resell (Party B) at a mutually agreed price.
  • Payment will be made in cash or via bank transfer upon signing the agreement.

2. Payment Method

  • Payment will be completed as a one-time transaction upon the signing of the agreement.
  • Sellers may choose their preferred payment method: Cash, Bank Transfer (Bank account details will be required), Credit Card, e-wallet.

3. Seller’s Commitments

  • Ownership and Legitimacy: Sellers must confirm that all goods are lawfully acquired and disclose their source if they were not personally purchased.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: Sellers must guarantee that the goods are authentic and free from legal or financial disputes.
  • Liability for Misrepresentation: If goods are found to be counterfeit, stolen, or acquired through illegal means, the seller will bear full responsibility for any legal and financial consequences, and fully indemnify Reborn and Resell for any resulting losses.
  • Appraisal Fees: If an item is deemed counterfeit after appraisal, the seller will be required to pay an appraisal fee of RM250 to RM500.

4. Transfer of Rights

  • Once the agreement is signed, the buyer (Reborn and Resell) gains full ownership and irrevocable rights to the goods.
  • Sellers forfeit all claims and rights to the goods, including the right to request their return after transfer or sale.
  • Any attempts by the seller to reclaim the goods or challenge Reborn and Resell’s ownership will result in full liability for any losses or legal consequences incurred.

5. Documentation Requirements

  • All transactions require valid personal identification. A copy of the ID will be securely stored with a watermark stating "For resale purposes only."
  • Additional documentation may include a copy or photo of the seller’s ID (front and back), photos of the goods. and a photo of the seller holding their ID.

6. Legal Compliance

  • Any fraudulent activities, such as selling counterfeit or illegally obtained goods, will result in both civil and criminal liability.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from fraudulent transactions.

7. Agreement Validity

  • This agreement becomes legally binding upon signing by both parties. Each party will retain a copy of the agreement for their records.
